POLICY FOR CHILDREN & CHARGES
 

• Children of age 5 years and below can stay free of charge without an extra bed / mattress.
• Children in the age group 6 to 10 years are charged Rs. 2000.00 + GST per night per child on bed & breakfast basis as well as for the meal plan chosen.
• Children in the age group 11 years and above are charged Rs. 3500.00 + GST per night per child on bed & breakfast basis as well as for the meal plan chosen.

PET POLICY
 

• Pets are not allowed.

CANCELLATION POLICY
 

• Payment made for any room / event booking is Non-Refundable.
• NO SHOW - In case when a guest with confirmed reservation fails to check-in, an amount equivalent to 100% of the room rate for each of the nights reserved and not used shall be charged / forfeited.

SERVICES AVAILABLE AT THE RESORT:
 

• Use of Swimming Pool & Fitness Center
• Swimming Pool timing: 7.00 am to 7.00 pm
• Entry to swimming pool is necessarily with swim wear / swim attire i.e. nylon / synthetic material costumes. Ocean Spray reserves its right to refuse entry into the pool to any guest / customers not wearing swim wear.
• Limited variety of outdoor and indoor games are available, during 9.30 am to 6.00 pm, depending on weather & seasonality.

• Elysium Spa, Laundry, Car Hire, Swimming Costume & T-shirts, Clay & Glaze
• Adventure Activities – ATV Ride, Air Gun Shooting, Archery, Sumo Wrestling, Zorbing Ball

RULES OF ADMISSION AT RESORT
 

• The primary guest (Indian National) must be at least 18 years of age to be able to check into Ocean Spray Resort. It is mandatory for guests (Indian Nationals) to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at Ocean Spray Resort . The identification proofs accepted are Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter ID Card, and Passport. Without Original copy of valid identity proof the guest will not be allowed to check-in.
• Foreign Nationals must present their original Passport with a valid visa for entry into India.
• Non-residents and visitors are NOT permitted to enter rooms / villas of their resident guest during 9.00 pm to 9.00 am

SECURITY & ACCEPTABILITY:
 

• If a person / persons is are acting in an objectionable, unruly or inappropriate manner.
• If a person’s / persons conduct is or is likely to affect the smooth running of the resort business, its security and / or reputation.
• If a person / persons is / are alleged and / or proved to be in possession of contraband goods, prohibited arms & ammunition, illegal drugs, opioids and psychotropic substances for purpose of consumption, sale, storage, distribution, etc.
• Safe keeping of all valuables including cash, credit cards, debit cards, jewellery, passport, mobile phones, laptops, etc is the responsibility of the guest occupying accommodation at Ocean Spray Resort and the management, its directors and employees shall not, in any way, be responsible for loss or theft of such valuables.
• As per the notification dated 30th May 2008 issued by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, smoking in public places including hotels, resorts, restaurants, refreshments rooms, lobby, fitness center, swimming pool, banquet halls etc. is an offence and prohibited with effect from 2nd October 2008 by law.
• Display of FIREWORKS of any kind is not permitted inside the resort or any premises of the resort.
• Resident guests shall be liable for any breakage and damage caused, except normal wear and tear, to the assets of Ocean Spray Resort. Resident guest shall keep the resort room in a good condition.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS:
 

• Room reservation is guaranteed only against advance payment by cash deposit, credit or debit card, NEFT, RTGS or UPI. Cheques are NOT accepted.
• Room Rates and all other rates for prevailing services at the resort are subject to change without prior notice / intimation
• GST and any other tax / fee / cess levied by government are subject to change without prior notice / intimation
• Professional filming or shooting at the Ocean Spray Resort & its premises using SLR, DSLR, ArriCam, ArriFlex, ArriAlexa, Red Epic, BM URSA, Panavision and videography can be conducted only with the prior permission of the resort and will attract a separate charge.
• Ocean Spray Resort does not allow storage of guest baggage / luggage and goods of any kind, once guests / customers have checked out of his / her / their rooms.
